Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay can occur. In these circumstances you patience is appreciated; please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We encourage first time clients to fill out the New Client Form (linked to resources) prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to get checked in.

For your convenience, “drop-off” appointments are available. Drop off appointments are reserved for existing clients. A drop-off means you can bring your pet in at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours.

Usually we will ask you to drop-off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. It is very important that you provide a brief description of the problem and a phone number where you can be reached so our doctors or staff can contact you with questions.

Once the doctor has completed a physical exam you will contacted and provided with an estimate for diagnostic and treatment options.
